A submission can be copied and pasted into a different module but it cannot be moved in the sense of dragging and dropping or having an option to select to move it. The submission either needs to be resubmitted by the attending speaker or it can be copied and pasted by the admin.
To copy and paste by the admin
1. Open a 2nd X-CD session (Incognito mode or a different web browser) and log into your account on both.
2. On one of the browsers locate the submission you want to move.
a. click on the module where the submission is located.
b. click the green Manage button.
c. search for the submitter and click the blue Manage button in the leftmost column.
d. at the top of the page, click View.
3. On the other X-CD session click on the module you want to have the submission in.
4. On the left side of the screen, click on Add Submission.
5. Search and select the presenters name.
6. From the original browser (step 2d), copy/paste their title to the Add Submission page.
7. Select if they are invited or not.
8. Choose the Session that they submitted their work for.
9. Click the Add button.
10. Click on Edit at the top of the screen.
11. From the original browser (step 2d), copy/paste their Abstract Summary/Abstract etc. to the other browser that you have on the Edit screen. Save.
12. From the original browser (still in step 2d), click Withdraw at he top right of the screen.
13. Click the checkbox and write a reason why you're withdrawing the submission. Click the Update button.
14. Done.
