Adding Exhibitor Staff Meeting Availability

The left menu label may be unique to your conference.
  1. Click Staff Registration (Menu Labels may differ) from the left-hand menu
  2. Click Exhibitor Staff Availability
  3. A screen will display the exhibitor staff. Select the date, start and end time
  4. Click on a time spot for each exhibitor and save it to mark the availability
  5. Click More Details to enter specific availabilities
  6. Note: Time slots are 15 minutes by default
